1970 Roosevelt Dime - No Mintmark!

    I came across this 1970 with NO MINTMARK! I was aware of the 1982 but not a 1970.

    The '82 can be fairly valuable, any idea what this '70 is worth (beyond 10C) :)

    This is the 1970 No S Dime you want to find. It is a proof strike (made for collectors) and yours is a business strike (made for people to spend.)

    How do you tell the difference between proof and business strike.

    Buy a cheap1971 proof set and study the coins. They are much different tha business strike. Mirrored fields, strong striks. Once you understand they are unmistakable. Good luck!!!
