Book value is $150 in Choice Uncirculated. If it weren't for the writing, your note might be high Very Fine, possibly Extremely Fine. That's pretty unusual for a note of this age pulled from circulation. At that grade you might get $50-65 for it. Unfortunately the writing hurts the value substantially. Perhaps $30 in its current state.
