The no mint mark is common for this year. The reverse has a couple of globs of something on it.

Sorry but no the globs are not errors , just something dried up on it.

The only year the Philadelphia Mint put the P on the Lincoln cent was 2017. There's a lot of scams on eBay about Lincoln Cents "with no mint mark" with dates from multiple years.

Probably a short term thing. I just turned in 20 rolls of Lincoln cents to a bank that had a limit of 10 rolls before the Covid-19 fiasco. I live in New York (Brooklyn) and the majority of banks had only drive through service. About 2-3 weeks ago a lot of them started opening up again on a limited hour basis.
EDIT. I have not seen a sign like that or anything similar in the places I shop in.

Nice looking coin but the black globs on the reverse kill it. It's worth face value.

Sorry but I don't see a doubled die. A good thing to remember is to look at the smaller letters first when looking for doubled die coins. Usually the small letters will show the doubling better. I hope this helps you.

Nice looking coin! The spot next to the Y looks like a stain. I'm not seeing any significant doubling.

I don't see any doubling but FYI in 1960 there's 4 different varieties: A large date and small date, 2 from Philadelphia and 2 from Denver. (This excludes Proof and overdates). There's also a small date over large date.
