    Yes, it's probably a small die chip.

    Known on at least a few years of
    silver Rosie's.

    Photo's are a bit blurry.....

    I'm not sure what your reason is for posting this coin, but the coin is worth just about $1.10 for the silver content. The die chip adds "zero" to the value of the coin.
