1907 Barber Quarter Dollar, NGC MS-64

    After a long time of trying to track down a mint state Barber Quarter that didn't cost an arm and a leg, and wasn't too shabby looking, I finally found this one...

    Barbers may not be my favorite design style, but in mint state they're not that bad.

    It compliments the Barber dime that already have...

    Nice coins! My Barber grades are all over the place. I did end up with several quarters in AU58 though, which was a good price point for my purposes (hub type combinations). Here's Obv1/Rev3, the toughest combo to find for 1900-P.

    I totally agree with this. For me, Barber designs in MS/AU have a subtle beauty that quickly wears off as the grade lowers.

    I like them either in frosty mint state, or VF with obvious wear but nice pewter gray color, like this

    That Barber is worthy of an upgrade @BuffaloHunter, in my opinion. That is one nice coin.
