i have a 1 franc coin its 1960 which i know can be normal now i cant see if the 0 is big or small but this is why i ask on English coins if the head and the reverse are not up the same way they are valuable ie if u stand coin on table and have Queens head upright when u turn the coin the picture on the back should always be the right way up on my franc when the lady is the right way up the picture and the wrighting is upside down please advise

If it is this coin then the coin alignment on your Franc is normal
See the orientation in the Features section

1960 is by far the most common date of the type. I buy mixed lots of world coins to sort for world types and I have a lot of different dates for this coin, but I have over 20 of the 1960 issues. They are not really worth the value of the postage to have on mailed.
