It wasn't really on my list, but once I saw it. I didn't want to put it down. ANACS EF40 I got it home and the slab just kept getting in the way of the details. The slab just had to go.
Anyways the coin is 10X better raw.

The Agathodaemon was a good spirit/demon that was worshipped by the ancient Egyptians.
He had the shape of a serpent with a human head.
The Greek inscription on the reverse of this coin shows that this is the "neo" or "new" agathodaemon serpent, or, in other words, the new good spirit (of rule by Nero).

I've thought the same on some slabbed ancients I've looked at in the past. In my humble opinion it is the opposite with the rev. proof 2023 Peace Dolllar, the slab itself adds to their appearance

That's a really nice example, one of the nicest that I've seen in while.

Congrats (both for the purchase and the coin's removal from the slab)

    Thanks JoJo..

    It fell into my hands.
Now that I cracked it, Should I finish the custom cabinet?

Or refurbish the Ol'e Fly display.
